Fast Bank launches the next round of training sessions for the Fast Start qualification program

Starting from August 18 of this year, Fast Bank is launching the next round of its Fast Start Qualification Program, providing an opportunity for interested individuals to easily enter the banking system and begin their professional growth. The program is completely free of charge and is open to all students and recent graduates. Upon completion, participants will have the opportunity to work at Fast Bank.

 

Lilit Gomtsyan, Head of Recruitment and Training Services at Fast Bank, speaking about career opportunities in the banking sector, stated:

 

“Many believe that entering the banking sector is difficult, but at Fast Bank, we believe everyone deserves a good start. The goal of the program is to support students and recent graduates in their professional growth by providing them with an opportunity to enter the banking system. Fast Start is not just a program—it’s a chance to learn, grow, and build a career in a team that believes in your potential.”

 

During the Fast Start Pre-Qualification Program, participants will gain practical knowledge focused on the role of a financial consultant. The program will last for 7 days. To apply, participants must follow the application link provided.

 

Anahit Pepanyan, an Investment Operations Specialist at Fast Bank, is one of the program’s former participants:

 

“I received the notification through my university’s career center and applied to the Fast Start program with great excitement and high expectations. I participated two years ago, and my expectations were more than met,” she said.

 

It’s worth noting that the program was launched back in 2021. Since then, 11 rounds of the Fast Start pre-qualification program have been completed, with more than 275 participants. 110 graduates of the program are now working at various Fast Bank branches and headquarters divisions.
