Customer rights

Fast Bank customers have the right to obtain copies of information about "Fast Bank" CJSC, as stipulated by Part 3 of Article 20 and Part 2 of Article 43 of the RA Law "On Banks and Banking Activities," as well as Articles 16, 120, and Part 1 of Article 126 of the RA Law "On the Securities Market". There is no tariff for providing this information.

The bank provides the requested information within 3 (three) working days of receiving a written application from any individual (unless a different date is specified in the application).

The information is provided according to the method specified in the application. If no method is specified, it will be provided in the same manner in which the application was submitted.
The tariff for printed information provided to the customer is determined by the bank's non-financial service tariffs.

  • According to the RA Law “On Financial System Mediator” if an individual is not satisfied with the response to a complaint-demand, s/he has the right to apply to the Financial System Mediator, as well as to protect his/her rights in a court of law, to apply to the Central Bank or an arbitration tribunal if there is an arbitration agreement.
  • According to the RA Law “On Financial System Mediator,” in case the individual entrepreneur and/or legal entity is not satisfied with the response to the complaint-demand, s/he has the right to apply to the Financial System Mediator  if at the time of applying, s/he is considered a subject of micro-business according to the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia (excepted Organizations provided on RA Law “On Financial System Mediator”), as well as to protect their rights in a court of law, to apply to the Central Bank or an arbitration tribunal if there is an arbitration agreement.
  • "Fast Bank" CJSC signed an agreement on waiving the right to dispute the decisions of the Financial System Mediator. By this agreement, the Bank has waived the right to dispute in court the decisions made by the Financial System Mediator against the Bank which include property claims not exceeding the amount of 100 000 AMD or the equivalent foreign currency and claims not exceeding the transaction amount of 100 000 AMD or the equivalent foreign currency.
