Fast Bank will issue coupon bonds through a public offering from March 23, 2026, to July 31, 2026.

The bonds will be distributed under the following main terms:

• Issue volume: 12,000,000,000 (twelve billion) AMD
• Number of securities to be distributed: 120,000 (one hundred twenty thousand) pieces
• Nominal value: 100,000 (one hundred thousand) AMD
• Yield: 10.50% (ten and fifty hundredths percent)
• Payment frequency: Semi-annual
• Circulation period: 24 months

The bonds will be available for purchase at any branch of the Bank as well as remotely via the Fast Bank Mobile application or online banking.

The program prospectus of the bonds was registered by the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia with the decision No. 1/44A dated January 29, 2026.

The electronic version of the program prospectus, the prospectus filling guidelines, and the final terms of the issuance can be downloaded via the following link, while paper versions are available at the head office of Fast Bank or any of the Bank’s branches.

Additionally, according to the tax code of Armenia, income derived from these bonds is exempt from income tax until December 31, 2027, inclusive.

The actual acquisition of bonds is carried out by the Investor through transferring the necessary funds to the designated AMD account 2620018773781001 opened for this purpose at the Bank.

If the necessary funds are deposited into the aforementioned account before 16:00 of the working day, the deposit will be considered made on that working day. If the deposit is made after 16:00, it will be considered made on the next working day, and the bond distribution price will be calculated based on the rates of that day.
