- Բանկի տեղաբաշխված քվեարկող բաժնետոմuերի (բաժնեմաuերի, փայերի) 2%-ին և ավելիին տիրապետող յուրաքանչյուր մասնակից իրավունք ունի ստանալու «Բանկերի և բանկային գործունեության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 43-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ և 5-րդ մասերով սահմանված տեղեկությունները:

Dividends payment policy
Decision on dividend distribution is made during the bank's annual general meeting.

2020, 2021 - No dividends were paid out to our participants.
On July 4, 2022 the General Meeting of "Fast Credit Capital" UCO CJSC decides to distribute dividends of 2 billion AMD according to the preconditions set by the AGM․
The dividend distribution details are given below:
- Date of decision on payment of dividends: July 4, 2022.
- Total value of dividends: AMD 2 billion, AMD 21,500 per share
Amount of total remuneration received by the members of the Board of the Organization, Executive Officer and Chief Accountant during the previous twelve months
Loans and other borrowings received from the bank during the previous 12 months by the members of the organization's board and executive body, the chief accountant and their affiliates
