Comprehensive Motor Insurance (CASCO)
Description
Provides comprehensive protection for vehicles against various risks, such as traffic accidents, fire, explosion, natural disasters, theft, or damage caused by third parties.
Subject of Insurance
Property interests related to the damage, destruction, or loss of the insured vehicle and/or its additional equipment.
Property Insurance
Description
Designed to protect real estate or movable property from potential damage. The Bank insures any residential property except for those in critical/hazardous condition (condition details are included in the evaluation report). It covers risks of fire, lightning, explosion, flooding, natural disasters, and malicious acts.
Subject of Insurance
The policyholder’s (beneficiary's) property interests related to the possession, use, and disposal of the property.
Accident Insurance
Description
Aims to provide financial support to the borrower or their family in the event of unforeseen accidents (e.g., permanent or temporary disability, death). For mortgage loans, the sum insured is generally aligned with the outstanding principal balance of the loan.
Subject of Insurance
The insured person's property interests related to the risk of health and capacity impairment resulting from an accident.
