It is necessary to present an identity document for exchange transactions of more than 100,000 AMD (inclusive) or its equivalent in foreign currency.

Banknotes with a nominal value of 500 Euros are accepted by the Bank at a 2% rate.
Stale foreign currency notes are accepted at a 2% fee.
US banknotes issued before 1996 are not accepted.

Currency exchange rates are published on the website and in the premises of the branches

If the currency exchange exceeds 25,000 USD or its equivalent in another foreign currency within one banking day, the transaction is carried out at the Bank's discretion and at the exchange rate determined by the Bank.

Foreign currency conversion transactions are rejected by the Bank in the following cases:

-If the execution of the transaction results in a violation of the Bank’s internal procedures and policies.
-In cases defined by the Bank’s internal legal acts, by decision of the Bank’s Management Board, the one-way or two-way exchange rate quotations of any currency may be partially or fully suspended or restricted, both for all customers and for specific groups of customers.
