[3] The service is provided within one business day after the Client applies to the Bank. In the event that the next day of applying to the Bank falls on Saturday, Sunday or a non-working day defined by law, the reference is provided to the Client on the first business day following those days.

[4] No tariff is applied in case of providing a statement before the end of the month following the month in which the account is closed, loan is repaid, or the term deposit is repaid. The service is provided within one calendar once the Client applies to the Bank.

[5] The permit is not issued for properties acquired and/or constructed and/or renovated under the National Mortgage Company and/or Housing for Young Families loan types.

[6] No tariff is charged for issuing a permit to register the surface areas of buildings constructed on a plot of land (on which construction will be carried out) that serves as collateral for a loan provided for construction purposes.

[7] More than one condition may be changed at a time within one modification; the tariff for changing the contractual conditions does not apply in cases where these changes are made as a result of issuance of other permits specified under these tariffs and only the tariffs provided for these permits are charged. No tariff is applied for changing the contractual conditions of loans if the payment schedule is reset.

[8] The tariff for granting the right for subsequent pledge does not apply if the property is pledged again with "Fast Bank" CJSC or the pledge agreement has been concluded after 23.07.2016.
