Requirements for the credit history of the borrower / co-borrower / guarantor

• The total number of overdue days for loans (active and repaid) during the last 12 months must not exceed 30 days.
• At the time of making the loan decision, the active loan obligations must not be overdue and/or classified as non-performing.
• At the time of making the loan decision, the active guarantees must not be overdue and/or classified as non-performing.

If the outstanding obligation on any one loan does not exceed 1,000 (one thousand) AMD, that loan is not considered overdue.

For the purpose of using the services provided within the framework of these tariffs, the borrower shall pay the following amounts for the services rendered by the third parties listed below.

Statement on restrictions – 10,000 AMD

State registration fee for the right – 26,000 – 52,000 AMD

Notarial certification fee – 12,000 – 30,000 AMD

Appraisal fee for the pledged property – 15,000 – 25,000 AMD

Regardless of the rates of the fees of the third parties mentioned in these conditions, the payments for the services provided by them may be subject to change.

*The guarantor must have a net income higher than 250,000 AMD.
