"Fast Bank" CJSC will launch the placement of new dram and dollar-denominated bonds starting from August 4, 2025

By Decision No. 1/249 A of July 23, 2025, of the Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia, the Program Prospectus of “Fast Bank” CJSC bonds has been registered.

 

According to the decision of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia No. 1/312A dated 29.08.25, the Supplement to the Program Prospectus of the Bonds of Fast Bank CJSC has been registered.

 

Starting from August 4, 2025, until November 7, 2025, the Bank plans to place nominal coupon bonds in Armenian drams and US dollars with annual yields of 10.75% and 6.25%, respectively.

 

Fast Bank will place bonds with a total volume of AMD 10 billion and USD 2 million, with nominal values of AMD 100,000 and USD 100. The bonds will be issued with a maturity of 2 years and semi-annual coupon payments.

 

The bonds can be purchased at 37 Fast Bank branches.

 

If the client submits the application and provides the funds for the purchase of securities before 16:00 on a business day, the bond price is calculated at that day’s rate; otherwise, it will be calculated at the next business day’s rate.

 

To purchase the bonds, it is necessary to present a passport and social card, as well as the details of a bank account.
