The placement of Fast Bank's AMD, USD, and EUR bonds has been completed

We would like to inform you that on July 4, 2025, Fast Bank CJSC successfully completed the placement of its nominal, coupon bonds denominated in AMD (ISIN: AMFSCRB2HER9), USD (ISIN: AMFSCRB2IER7), and EUR (ISIN: AMFSCRB2JER5).

The placement period was from February 17, 2025, to July 4, 2025.

The nominal values of the bonds are:
– AMD 100,000
– USD 100
– EUR 100

Bond yields are:
– 10.75% (AMD)
– 6.25% (USD)
– 5.25% (EUR)

Fast Bank CJSC will apply to the Armenia Securities Exchange for the listing and secondary market trading of these bonds. Customers will be informed in advance about any upcoming bond issuances by Fast Bank CJSC.
