Fast Bank CJSC Bonds' Listing

We are pleased to present the decision of the Chief Executive Officer of the Armenia Stock Exchange (AMX) OJSC dated January 29, 2026, No. ՑՊ-009-01/26, regarding the listing of FAST BANK CJSC bonds.

The decision concerns the listing of coupon bonds with a total nominal value of USD 4,000,000, nominal value of USD 100 per bond, 24-month maturity, and an annual coupon rate of 6.25%, comprising 40,000 bonds in total, and their inclusion in the secondary (Bbond) listing.

From the date of listing, addressed trading in these bonds as well as the execution of repo transactions will also be permitted.

Ardshinbank CJSC will act as the market maker for the bonds.
