Born on April 30, 1970. In 1993, he graduated from Yerevan State Medical University.
Ever since 1989, he has been carrying out business activities in many directions, making many investments in finance, information technology, agriculture and other fields. The companies founded by him carry out their activities not only in Armenia, but also in different countries of the world: USA, France, England, Latvia, Serbia, Cyprus, Ukraine, etc.
The management of the companies founded by Vahe Badalyan is based on the principle of social responsibility, namely contributing to the growth of social, environmental and economic values, thus having a sustainable positive impact on both the society and business.
Finance
In 1994, "Fast Credit" LLC was founded in RA. In 2011, the company transformed the type of activity to a credit organization and became the largest credit organization in RA. Having received preliminary approval for banking activity from the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in August 2021, and having passed the transformation stage, on November 9, 2022, the organization obtained a banking activity license from the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2016, he founded "Fast Credit" credit company in Great Britain, which, with its 7 branches, has been occupying competitive positions in the credit sector for years. In 2022, it completed the process of obtaining a license from the "Electronic Money Institution" (EMI) in England to carry out transfers and other transactions.
In 2020, the chain of “Fjewellery” jewelry stores opened in England, which today has 7 stores and an assortment of more than 4000 items. Jewelry is sold not only in existing stores, but also online through a website. The website provides the sale and delivery of jewelry not only in England, but also in any country of the world. The company has also initiated new gold production, sales and export activities to the English market.
In 2018, he founded the company "Fast Shift", which provides payment and settlement services, providing fast and safe money transfers 24/7. FastShift has a network of over 1000 payment terminals and provides over 300+ payment methods for various industries through a single API integration.
In 2021, he founded the company "Fast Credit UKRAINE", which has a license of a financial company with the ability to provide factoring, leasing services and various loans, and is also completing the obtaining of a payment and settlement license in Ukraine.
Information technology
In 2012, he founded the "SoftConstruct" company in Great Britain, which is one of the leaders of technological revolution in Armenia. It has been providing innovative and competitive technological solutions to local and international markets for more than ten years. The company has branches in 15 countries of the world. The company actively uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies.
He is the co-founder of a number of companies that offer various software solutions, artificial intelligence tools, platforms for organizing online conferences, website creation and design tools and services both in RA and outside RA (Hoory, Finconstruct, Bet Construct, UCraft.mi, FeedConstruct, Panda MR, etc.),
Other business sectors
Since 1995, he has founded "Badalyan Brothers" LLC, as well as several other companies over the years, through which large-scale agricultural, restaurant and hotel activities are carried out (Caucasus Restaurant Complex, Caucasus Agro, etc.).
Having founded the "Vahagn Badalyan" charity foundation, Vahe Badalyan has always been involved in programs of social significance aimed at the protection of the motherland (renovation of schools in border regions, support for socially disadvantaged families, financing of startups, etc.).
Vahe Badalyan is married, has two sons and a daughter.
Daniel Hilaire

Born on May 12, 1947․Mr. Hilaire Studied at Paris-Dauphine University, receiving a Management Diploma. He studied law at Paris-Assas University. Has a diploma of Chartered Accountants. Mr. Hilaire is the team-lead of audit missions and consulting teams of a number of companies (in France, Armenia, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Georgia, etc.). Among such companies are included the leading banks of different countries, central banks, air-travel companies, etc.
Of particular importance is Mr. Hilaire’s experience in the African market, where he conducted research on the effects of inflation and devaluation, procurement and privatization.
Mr. Hilaire has special experience in the management positions of various banks, from which one can highlight the position of the General Director of the South-West Credit Mutuel Bank of France, the position of the Deputy General Director of the former subsidiary of the National Bank of Paris, BIAO Cameroon Bank /Cameroon's First Bank/.
He has rich work experience in the best financial banking and consulting companies in the world. At Grant Toronton was an Audit Director for the Armenian and French branches. Mr. Hilaire is a member of a number of international associations, including the International Federation of Accountants and various accounting associations of France.
In May 2022, he was appointed as a member of the Board at “Fast Credit Capital” UCO CJSC.

Vahan Vardanyan

Born on June 8, 1972.1989-1994 studied at Armenian State Engineering Institute, obtaining diploma with honors in Computer Science, Management information and Control Systems (ACY).
1995-1997 studied at Bentley University-McCallum Graduate School of Business, Master of Business Administration.
In 2009 graduated Harvard Business School, specializing in AMP.
From 1997 to 2004 he worked as Manager of Financial Services Integration at “BearingPoint” (formerly KPMG Consulting).
2004-2011 he held the position of Managing Director, Chief Information Officer at “Renaissance Capital”, then Managing Director, Co-Head of the Advanced Executive Group.
2011-2013, working at the “Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS”, he was the Managing Director, CIO, Member of the Executive Board.
2013 to 2017 he worked as a Principal (Partner) at “McKinsey”.
From 2017 until now he holds the positionsof Board Member in "NAIRIAN" CJSC.
From 2021 until now, he has been a Venture Partner at “Da Vinci Capital” and Founder, Chief Executive Officer at “Kerpak”.
In May 2022, he was appointed as a member of the Board at “Fast Credit Capital” UCO CJSC.
On November 9, 2022 , he was appointed as a member of the Board at “Fast Bank” CJSC.
Armen Ktoyan

Born on September 5, 1978 in Hrazdan.
1995-2000 Mr. Ktoyan graduated with honors from Yerevan State Institute of Economics, Faculty of Engineering and Economics, obtaining the qualification of economist-mathematician.
From 2000 to 2003 studied as a postgraduate student at the Institute of Management and Economic Reforms, majoring in Finance, Money Circulation and Credit.
In 2003 by the decision of the Professional Council of the Institute of Economic Research, he was awarded with the title of Candidate of Economics.
Mr. Armen Ktoyan started his career at the Institute of Management and Economic Reform, working in the following positions:
- 2001–2001 - Assistant Researcher
- 2001–2003 - Chief Specialist
- 2004–2007 - Head of the Department
From June 2004 to August 2004, was the head of the Scientific Group within the frameworks of the development of the "RA State Property Management Concept". The topic of the project was "Problems in creating an effective structure of the economy".
2005-2007 was a member of the 060 Professional Council of the Institute for Management and Economic Reforms, Scientific Secretary.
From 2009 January to 2009 February, held the position of Acting Head of the Knowledge-Based Economy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Promotion Department at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.
From 2011 March to June 2011worked as a Senior Expert in "Alfa Plus Consulting" LLC.
2015-2016 was the head of the Department of Economic Research in ASUE Yeghegnadzor branch.
From September 2017 to April 2017 he was an Associate Professor of ASUE Chair of Statistics
2016-2017 he was the Head of the Research Program - Senior Researcher at ASUE "Amberd" Research Center.
2017-2019, held the position of Coordinator-Expert of Educational Programs at the National Center for Public Policy Research NGO.

From October 2021 to January 2022, worked as a Senior Expert, under the funding of the EU, by the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, developing "Conceptual Principles of the Social Housing Policy Development Program in Armenia".
From February 2022 to June 2022, under the funding of Amundi-ACBA Asset Management CJSC, by the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, worked as an Expert, carried out the development of a "Strategy for the introduction of a general social housing system in the Republic of Armenia."
From 2007 until now, Mr. Ktoyan teaches in RA higher educational institutions.

Svetlana Karapetyan

Born on August 27, 1987, in Yerevan.
2005-2009 studied at the Faculty of Law of the French University in Armenia, receiving a Bachelor's degree.
Then, 2009-2011, acquired master’s degree in International Business Law at the same university.
In 2009, Mrs. Svetlana has passed the internship in BNP PARIBAS (France) Commercial Bank as business and non-performing loans lawyer.
2010-2013 she worked in "Acba-Credit Agricole Bank" CJSC as a Lawyer, then Senior lawyer of the Non-performed Assets Division.
During 2013-2022 worked at “Ameriabank” CJSC as a Senior Lawyer of the Business Services Division, and then as the Head of the same Division.
In January 2022, she was appointed as a member of the Board at “Fast Credit Capital” UCO CJSC.
On November 9, 2022 , she was appointed as a member of the Board at “Fast Bank” CJSC.
Mrs. Karapetyan is married with a son and a daughter.
Lilia Movsisyan

Born in 1973, in Yerevan.
In 1997, graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Mechanics, receiving the qualification of Applied Mathematician and Mechanics Specialist.
From 1998 to 2003, she worked at Credit-Yerevan Bank as an Auditor, Senior Auditor, Head of Internal Audit.
From 2008 to 2009 , she worked at Armcollection CJSC as a Member of Supervising Committee.
