OTHER TERMS

Introduction

Ø At the moment of lending to the Class A customers of the Organization, the gross balance of the loans provided per borrower line at these tariffs and the newly provided loan (including foreign currency) shall not exceed 2,200,000 AMD.

Ø At the moment of lending to the Class B customers of the Organization, the gross balance of the loans provided per borrower line at these tariffs and the newly provided loan (including foreign currency) shall not exceed 5,500,000 AMD.

Ø In case of + 50% loan type, the gross balance of the loans provided per borrower line at these tariffs and the newly provided loan (including foreign currency) at the moment of lending shall not exceed 1,500,000 AMD.

1. The pledge is assessed according to the gold rating scale.

2. The loan interest and service fees are calculated in relation to the actual loan balance.

3. The loan is provided in cash, in lump sum.

4. Required documents:

5. The loan is provided in all branches of the Organization.

6. Factors for a positive decision to provide loan are the following:

Ø Compliance of the Borrower and Pledge to the requirements set forth in this document.

7. The factors for rejecting the loan are the following:

Ø Incompliance of the Borrwer and/ or Plegde to the requirements set forth in this document.

8. Making a decision on the loan application after submitting the required documents, informing the Customer and provision of loan within 1-5 minutes. Depending on the number of gemstones the time may vary.

9. In case of full repayment of the loan, the gold items pledged for the given loan shall be returned to the pledgor at least on the day following the repayment date.

10.As a rule, any amount credited for the purpose of loan repayment is directed by the Organization to the repayment of the amounts to be paid to the Organization by the Customer by virtue of loan agreement at the time of crediting, including penalties, service fees, interest, Loan amount repayment. The organization has the right to define a different order of amounts to be paid in the contract with the Customer.

11. In case of early repayment of the loan by the Customer, the loan interest amounts and the service fees, if any, are proportionally reduced if the latter is accrued on a daily basis, while the payments made to third parties are not subject to reduction.

12. Tariffs for non-financial services, including terms of provision of statements, copies of contracts and other information are published on the official website of the Organization: www.fastcredit.am, as well as posted in the places of business of the Organization.

13.WARNING: IF THE INTEREST AMOUNTS, LOAN AMOUNT, SERVICE FEES ARE NOT PAID IN TIME THE PLEDGED PROPERTY CAN BE CONFISCATED BY THE PROCEDURE ESTABLISHED BY LAW.

ATTENTION: IN CASE OF NOT FULFILLMENT OR INCOMPLETE FULFILLMENT OF THE OBLIGATIONS BY YOU, THE ORGANIZATION SENDS THOSE DATA TO THE CREDIT BUREAUWITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS WHERE YOUR CREDIT HISTORY IS FORMED. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET YOUR CREDIT HISTORY FROM THE CREDIT BUREAU FREE OF CHARGE ONCE EVERY YEAR. ATTENTION: BAD CREDIT HISTORY MAY HINDER RECEIVING A LOAN IN THE FUTURE.

14.ATTENTION: LOAN INTEREST AMOUNTS ARE CALCULATED BASED ON THE NOMINAL INTEREST RATE, WHILE THE ACTUAL ANNUAL INTEREST RATE SHOWS HOW MUCH THE LOAN, INTEREST AMOUNT AND OTHER PAYMENTS WILL COST IN CASE OF PAYING IN THE ESTABLISHED TIME AND AMOUNT. ACTUAL ANNUAL INTEREST RATE CALCULATION PROCEDURE IS POSTED ON THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF THE ORGANIZATION (www.fastcredit.am).

ՈՒՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ՝ Սույն թվականի հունվարի 4-ից Բանկի մասնաճյուղերում դրամային վարկերի մինչև 100,000 ՀՀ դրամը ներառյալ յուրաքանչյուր կանխիկ մարման համար/ներառյալ վարկի ամբողջական մարումը/ կգանձվի 300 ՀՀ դրամ միջնորդավճար։

Բանկի կողմից Ձեզ վարկ տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ որոշումը կայացվում է՝ հաշվի առնելով տվյալ պահին Ձեր վարկային պատմությունը և Բանկի կողմԻց կիրառվող սքորինգային համակարգում ձևավորված Ձեր վարկարժանության գնահատականը (սքորը)։

Ի՞նչ է վարկային պատմությունը

Վարկային պատմությունը ցույց է տալիս, թե Դուք ինչպե՞ս եք կատարել և շարունակում կատարել Ձեր բոլոր ֆինանսական պարտավորությունները:

Ձեր վարկային պատմության մեջ ներառվում են միայն վարկային պատմության վերաբերյալ հարցման պահից վերջին 5 տարվա տվյալները (ստացած վարկերը՝ դրանց քանակը և գումարը, յուրաքանչյուր վարկի տեսակը և ժամկետները, վարկից բխող մարումների կատարումը, այլ մարդկանց տրամադրված երաշխավորությունները, ժամկետանց վարկերի առկայությունը, ինչպես նաև դրանց համար սահմանված տույժ ու տուգանքները):

Օրինակ՝ Եթե Ձեր վարկային պատմության վերաբերյալ հարցում է կատարվում 2023 թվականի մայիսին, ապա Ձեր վարկային պատմությունում կարտացոլվի տեղեկատվություն միայն 2018 թվականի մայիսից սկսած:

Ի՞նչ է սքորը

Սքորը սքորինգային համակարգում ձևավորվող Հաճախորդի վարկարժանության գնահատականն է, որը ստացվում է հաճախորդի վերաբերյալ տարաբնույթ հասանելի տեղեկատվության վերլուծության և վիճակագրական մեթոդների կիրառման արդյունքում։ Սքոր գնահատականի հիման վրա կարող է որոշվել հաճախորդի վարկավորման հնարավոր սահմանաչափը, ժամկետը և այլ պայմաններ կոնկրետ վարկատեսակի համար։

Ֆասթ Բանկը վարկավորման գործընթացում կիրառում է սեփական սքորինգային համակարգը, որտեղ հավքագրվում և վերլուծվում են հաճախորդի վերաբերյալ տվյալներ տարբեր հասանելի տեղեկատվական աղբյուրներից, այդ թվում՝ ԱՔՌԱ վարկային բյուրո, ԷԿԵՆԳ, ՆՈՐՔ և այլտեղեկատվական բազաներ։ Սքորինգային ալգորիթմը հիմնված է մի շարք առանցքային պարամետրերի վրա, որոնց թվում են հաճախորդի վարկային պատմությունը և ֆինանսական վարքագիծը, վարկային ծանրաբեռնվածությունը, եկամուտները և այլ գործոններ։

ՍՔՈՐ գնահատականը բարելավելու համար վարկառուն կարող է`

մարել կամ նվազեցնել ժամկետանց վարկերի քանակը, գումարը, հետագայում բացառելով նույնիսկ մեկ օրվա կտրվածքով ժամկետանց պարտավորությունների գոյացումը,
նվազեցնել տրված երաշխավորությունների քանակը և գումարը,
ապահովել տրված երաշխավորությունների մասով ժամկետանց գումարների ամբողջական մարումը,
նվազեցնել առկա վարկերի քանակն ու մնացորդները՝ դրանք մարելով մասամբ կամ լիովին:

Վարկառուի կողմից վարկային պարտավորթյունները չկատարելու դեպքում Երաշխավորն է պարտավորվում մարել պարտավորթյունները։

Վարկառուի կողմից պարտավորությունները չկատարելու և վարկը ժամկետանց դառնալու դեպքում վատանալու է երաշխավորի վարկային պատմությունը, ընդհուպ երաշխավորը կարող է զրկվել գույքից:

Երաշխավորի հետ հաղորդակցումը իրականացվում է վերջինիս կողմից ընտրված եղանակով:

Բանկը պարտավորվում է՝

Երաշխավորին տրամադրել վարկային, երաշխավորության պայմանագրերի և մարման գրաֆիկի օրինակ:
Երաշխավորին 7 օր առաջ ծանուցել իր երաշխավորած վարկի պայմանագրի պայմանների փոփոխության մասին:
Երաշխավորին 1 օր առաջ հիշեցնել իր երաշխավորած վարկի առկա պարտավորության վերաբերյալ:
Վարկի մարման ուշացման դեպքում՝ ամենաուշը մեկ օր հետո երաշխավորին տեղեկացնել այդ մասին:

Երաշխավորը իրավունք ունի՝

Ցանկացած ժամանակ Բանկից պահանջել տեղեկատվություն վարկի մնացորդի չափի մասին:
Վարկառուից հետ ստանալու իր կողմից վարկի համար վճարած գումարները, ինչպես նաև վարկառուի փոխարեն կրած այլ վնասները:
