Fast Bank’s total assets surpassed USD 1 billion in 2025.

Recently, Fast Bank’s annual summary festive event was held. At the year-end event, Chairman of the Bank’s Board, Vahe Badalyan, spoke about Fast’s progress in 2025, noting that in October the bank’s total assets exceeded USD 1 billion.

 

“This was an important milestone for us, ensuring 50% growth. Our portfolio has grown by 45%, surpassing AMD 300 billion. And, of course, the number of our cards and online users is growing at an even faster pace, and we have also planned very active growth in 2026.

We have a plan to become one of Armenia’s top five banks in the coming years and, of course, the best bank,” he said.

“Fast Bank aims to continue sustainable development and strengthen its position in the banking system, including exceeding AMD 600 billion in assets.

 

In 2025, compared to the previous year, the bank quadrupled the number of payment cards, tripled the number of mobile users, and increased the monthly volume of mobile transactions sixfold,” the bank’s statement says.

 

It is noted that Fast’s growth is not limited to the local market; significant achievements have also been recorded on the international stage.

 

Fast Credit UK, which has been operating in the UK financial market for 9 years, has served more than 90,000 customers and has 14 branches, 10 of which are in London and 4 in other cities.

 

“We have applied for licensing in India both as a credit organization and as a payment and settlement system. I should also note that this year we received preliminary approval for an EMI license in Malta.

 

An EMI license is practically a mini banking license; in fact, we are moving along a path to have a bank in the European Union in the future as well,” said Vahe Badalyan, Chairman of the Board of Fast Bank.

 

The bank has more than 1,300 employees; during this year, 3 new branches were opened, and another 3 are in the opening phase.

The entire branch network has been rebranded and re-equipped. In 2025, the bank implemented programs worth approximately AMD 530 million aimed at the development of education, culture, youth, sports and a healthy lifestyle, as well as social and environmental sectors.

Vahe Badalyan also noted that starting from 2026, employees of Fast Bank, Soft Construct, Fast Shift, and Paret will receive AMD 100,000 in the event of the birth of a child, marriage, or the death of a close relative.

 

By decision of the shareholders of the “Badalyan Brothers” group of companies, as part of the benefits package, in addition to health insurance, Fast Ticket gift cards worth AMD 10,000 will be provided to all employees on their birthdays and to women on the occasion of March 8. Team-building activities and training programs will also continue.

Summing up 2025, Vahe Badalyan thanked all employees, noting that all of this has been made possible as a result of building honest relationships between partners and employees.
