Fast Bank Mobile: transfers to users of other banks by phone number

Within the framework of the collaboration between Fast Bank and the national payment system ArcaPay, the Bank’s customers can now make instant transfers via phone number to users of other banks as well.

Transfers through the system are available only to card and current accounts of partner banks in the ArcaPay network.

To make transfers via ArcaPay, users need to log in to the Fast Bank app, select the “Transfers” section, tap the “FastSend” button, and enter the recipient’s phone number and the desired amount.

After entering the details, it is necessary to select the recipient’s bank and confirm the transaction, and the transfer will be completed within seconds.

The transfers are made exclusively in Armenian Drams (AMD) and, until December 31, 2026, are subject to a 0% commission fee.

Fast Bank users can also set Fast Bank as their primary bank for receiving ArcaPay transfers in the app’s settings and receive incoming transfers to their preferred account.

In addition, the Fast Bank app is equipped with a variety of features: it provides a convenient way to pay utility bills, create and top up deposits in just a few steps, and allows users to order the newly issued Visa Digital EyeCard from

anywhere in the world at any time, completely free of charge.
