Fast Bank Issues and Places AMD-Denominated Bonds

From November 10, 2025 to March 10, 2026, Fast Bank will be placing AMD-denominated nominal coupon bonds with an annual interest yield of 10.75%.


Fast Bank will issue bonds with a total volume of AMD 12 billion, each with a nominal value of AMD 100,000. The bonds have a 24-month maturity period (maturing on November 10, 2027) and semiannual coupon payments.
By the way, bonds with this maturity are exempt from income tax.


The bonds can be purchased at any of Fast Bank’s 38 branches.


If a client submits an application and provides the required funds for purchasing the securities by 16:00 on a business day, the bond price will be calculated at that day’s price; otherwise, the next business day’s price will apply.


To purchase bonds, clients must visit any of Fast Bank’s 24/7 branches and present a passport and social security card (or ID card), as well as provide bank account details.


By Decision No. 1/249 A dated July 23, 2025, the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) registered the Program Prospectus of Fast Bank CJSC bonds.


By Decision No. 1/312 A dated August 29, 2025, the CBA registered a Supplement to the Program Prospectus of Fast Bank CJSC bonds.


By Decision No. 1/351 A dated September 30, 2025, the CBA registered another Supplement to the Program Prospectus of Fast Bank CJSC bonds.
