Fast Bank Offers AMD 13,000,000,000 Nominal Coupon Bonds

Fast Bank is offering AMD-denominated registered, coupon-bearing, non-convertible bonds with a total issue volume of AMD 13,000,000,000.

The bonds will be allocated from August 10, 2026, through December 30, 2026, with a nominal value of AMD 100,000 per bond.

The issue consists of 130,000 bonds with an annual coupon rate of 10.25% and semi-annual coupon payments.

February 10, 2027

August 10, 2027

February 10, 2028

August 10, 2028

• Maturity date: August 10, 2028

Coupon payments will be made on the scheduled coupon payment dates. If a payment date falls on a non-business day, the coupon payment will be made on the next business day. The same rule applies to the bond maturity date.

The bonds can be purchased not only at Fast Bank's 24/7 branches, but also remotely via the Fast Bank Mobile app or Fast Bank Online Banking.

If an investor submits the purchase application and ensures sufficient funds for the transaction before 4:00 PM on a business day, the bond purchase price will be calculated based on that day's price. Otherwise, the next business day's price will apply.

Income earned from these bonds is exempt from personal income tax until and including December 31, 2027.
