If the redemption of the certificate results in a positive balance exceeding 100,000 AMD, it can be used:
1․ For agricultural land acquisition, in the amount of up to AMD 5,000,000;
2․ For renovation of property acquired within the scope of the program, in the amount of up to AMD 4,000,000.
The amount of support is determined according to the residence chosen by the beneficiary family, in particular:
1. AMD 5,000,000 per family member, if the property is located in the area included in Appendix 1 to the document;
2. AMD 4,000,000 per family member, if the property is located in the area included in Appendix 2 to the document;
3. AMD 3,000,000 per family member, if the property is located in all other areas not included in points 1 and 2, except for areas located in Zones 1 and 2 of Yerevan

Real estate being acquired/constructed, right to purchase the real estate, and if necessary, additional residential real estate.
Moreover, the living area of the apartment or individual residential house being acquired or constructed shall not be less than 9 square meters for each member of the beneficiary family.

In case of development, sample plans of houses to be constructed
* The construction of an individual residential house is carried out on the basis of reusable sample plans and cost estimate documents for construction of individual residential houses, based on sample plans and cost estimate documents developed by licensed organizations, processed in due procedure of expert examination and agreed with the Urban Development Committee of the Republic of Armenia, through urban development entities that are license holders of individual residential houses construction.
Acquisition of rural property
ATTENTION: THE LOAN INTEREST IS CALCULATED BASED ON THE NOMINAL INTEREST RATE, WHILE THE ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE (APR) SHOWS HOW MUCH THE LOAN WILL COST IF THE INTEREST AND OTHER PAYMENTS ARE MADE WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED TERMS AND AMOUNTS. THE PROCEDURE FOR CALCULATING THE APR IS AVAILABLE ON THE BANK’S OFFICIAL WEBSITE.
ATTENTION: IF YOU FAIL TO FULFILL YOUR OBLIGATIONS OR FULFILL THEM IMPROPERLY, THE BANK SHALL, WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS, SUBMIT SUCH INFORMATION TO THE ACRA CREDIT BUREAU AND THE CBA CREDIT REGISTER, WHERE YOUR CREDIT HISTORY IS FORMED. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBTAIN YOUR CREDIT HISTORY FROM THE CREDIT BUREAU FREE OF CHARGE ONCE A YEAR.
ATTENTION: A NEGATIVE CREDIT HISTORY MAY HINDER YOUR ABILITY TO OBTAIN A LOAN IN THE FUTURE.
ATTENTION: THE NOMINAL INTEREST RATE OF THIS LOAN MAY BE CHANGED BY THE FINANCIAL ORGANIZATION. THE INTEREST RATE MAY BE CHANGED NO MORE THAN TWICE A YEAR. THE MAXIMUM THRESHOLD FOR INCREASING AND DECREASING THE INTEREST RATE IS SET AT 3.5 PERCENTAGE POINTS, WHICH IS CALCULATED IN RELATION TO THE INITIAL INTEREST RATE OF THE LOAN PROVIDED.
In case of early repayment of the loan by the customer, the loan interest is reduced proportionally, as well as service fees, if any, if the latter is accrued on a daily basis, and payments made to third parties are not subject to reduction.
