Regardless of fees paid to third parties as specified in these terms, the fees for the services rendered by them may be subject to change.

Credit history requirements to the borrower/co-borrower/pledger
At the time of loan provision, existing loans and guarantees provided against the obligations of other persons must not be overdue or classified as controlled or under stricter categories.
The total number of overdue days for all loans of the borrower/co-borrower over the last 12 months must not exceed 30 calendar days.

2 The pledged value is determined based on the market value calculated by an independent appraiser, which may be adjusted in accordance with the Bank's internal legal acts.
