Public Offer of Bonds AMFSCRB2HER9

By the decision No. 1/35 A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia dated 05.02.2025, the supplement to the Program Prospectus of the bonds of "Fast Bank" CJSC has been registered.

The bank plans to issue nominal coupon bonds in AMD, USD, and EUR from February 17, 2025, to July 4, 2025, with annual yields of 10.75%, 6.25%, and 5.25%, respectively.

"Fast Bank" will issue bonds with a total volume of 3 billion AMD, 9 million USD, and 3 million EUR, with a nominal value of 100,000 AMD, 100 USD, and 100 EUR, respectively. The bonds will have a maturity period of 3 years and a semi-annual coupon payment frequency.

The bonds can be purchased at 35 branches of "Fast Bank" and from "Dimension" CJSC, which acts as the placement agent for this issuance.

If a securities account is available, by filling out an application-order and ensuring the required amount is transferred to the bank’s designated accounts by 15:30 on the given day, the bond price will be calculated based on that day. For transfers made after 15:30, the application is accepted on the same day, but the payable amount is calculated based on the bond price of the next working day.

If a securities account is not available, the account will be opened within one business day, and the bond acquisition will be processed at the price of the following business day.

To purchase bonds, it is necessary to present a passport and a social security card, as well as banking account details.

Information regarding acquired bonds will be provided to customers by the investment service provider where the customer has opened their securities account (depo account).

The income from bonds acquired by individuals is guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
