Հաճախորդ	Էսքրոու հաշվետեր - 14 տարին լրացած Ֆիզիկական անձ¹ Շահառու- ֆիզիկական կամ իրավաբանական անձ, անհատ ձեռներեց

¹ 14-ից 18 տարեկան ֆիզ․ անձի դիմելու դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է նաև ծնողների կամ հոգաբարձուի համաձայնությունը ²ՀՀ դրամ և Բանկի կողմից ընդունելի այլ արժույթներով Ձեռք բերվող Գույքի դիմաց վճարումն իրականացվում է բացառապես ՀՀ դրամով: Այլ արժույթներով Գույքի դիմաց վճարումն իրակակացվում է միայն ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված դեպքերում: Այն դեպքում, երբ որպես գործարքի ապահովման միջոց մուտք է արվել արտարժույթ, ապա Էսքրոու պայմանագրով նախատեսված փաստաթղթերի ներկայացման դեպքում Շահառուին գումարը փոխանցելիս իրականացվում է արտարժույթի փոխարկում՝ տվյալ պահին Բանկի կողմից հրապարակված փոխարժեքներով: ³Էսքրոու հաշվի բացումը և սպասարկումը ներառում է՝ Էսքրոու գործարքի կողմերի համաձայնությամբ Բանկում Էսքրոու գործարքի համար հաշվի բացում, էսքրոու հաշվին գործարքի միջոցների դեպոնացում, Էսքրոու հաշվի բացման պայմանագրի ձևավորում, Էսքրոու հաշվի բացման պայմանագրի համաձայն Էսքրոու հաշվից Շահառուին միջոցների փոխանցման համար հիմք հանդիսացող փաստաթղթի ներկայացում Բանկին, Էսքրոու հաշվից Շահառուին միջոցների փոխանուց կամ վերադարձ հաշվետիրոջը՝ Էսքրոու գործարքի պայմանների կատարման կամ չկատարման դեպքում (Էսքրոու հաշվի բացման պայմանագրի համաձայն)։ Միջնորդավճարը գանձվում է Էսքրո հաշվի բացման ժամանակ կանխիկ կամ անկանխիկ հաճախորդի այլ հաշիվներից և ենթակա չէ վերադարձման, եթե էսքրոու հաշվով գործարքի կողմերը հրաժարվում են գործարքից:
