Each participant of "Fast Bank" CJSC, in accordance with Article 43, Part 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Banks and Banking Activities," has the right to receive a copy of the bank's latest annual report and external audit conclusion, as well as the information specified in Part 5 of the aforementioned article.

Any participant holding 2% or more of the bank’s allocated voting shares (stocks, equity shares) has the right to receive the information specified in Parts 4 and 5 of Article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Banks and Banking Activities."

The above-mentioned information is provided by the Bank free of charge within 3 (three) business days after receiving a written request from the participant. The written request must be submitted

Dividend Payment Policy

The decision on dividend distribution is made during the annual general meeting

Dividend Payment Announcement

No dividends were paid based on Fast Bank's performance in 2020 and 2021.

On July 4, 2022, the General Meeting of Fast Credit Capital UCO CJSC decided to distribute dividends amounting to 2 billion AMD, considering the conditions set by the meeting. The details of the dividend distribution are as follows:

The Annual General Meeting of Fast Bank CJSC for 2023 was held on April 30, 2024. No dividends were paid based on the 2023 performance.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of “Fast Bank” CJSC for 2026 will take place on April 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at 32/6 G. Hovsepyan Street, Nork-Marash, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.

“Fast Bank” CJSC is supervised by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
